Swift Profit Systems ("we," "us," or "our") operates swiftprofitsystems.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We keep this simple because we're a small advisory firm — not a tech platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

• Submit a form to request a Profit Conversion Audit™ (name, business name, email, phone, website, industry, revenue range)
• Subscribe to The Leak newsletter (name, email)
• Use the Profit Leak Calculator and unlock results (name, email, company name, revenue, gross margin, net margin)
• Download The 8 Leaks Guide (name, email)
• Contact us directly by email or phone

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or third-party ad networks on this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver the service or content you requested (audit, guide, newsletter)
• Follow up with you about the Profit Pressure Test™ or advisory services
• Send The Leak — our weekly email on profit leaks and operational improvements
• Improve our website and services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.

3. Email Communications

If you subscribe to The Leak or request any of our resources, you'll receive emails from Elliot Swift at Swift Profit Systems. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, no questions asked.

We use Zoho Campaigns to manage our email list. Zoho's privacy policy is available at zoho.com/privacy.html.

4. Booking & Scheduling

We use Zoho Bookings for scheduling Profit Pressure Test™ appointments. When you book a session, information you provide (name, email, any notes) is stored in Zoho's systems. See Zoho's privacy policy for details.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

Our website uses browser local storage (not third-party cookies) to:

• Remember that you've already seen our exit-intent popup (suppressed for 7 days after first view)
• Remember calculator inputs during your session

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Our website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely to Zoho. We do not store payment information — we have no e-commerce functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain your contact information in our CRM (Zoho CRM) for as long as it's relevant to our business relationship. If you'd like your information removed, contact us and we'll delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Unsubscribe from any email communications at any time

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. We won't notify you of minor changes, but significant changes will be communicated via email if you're on our list.
